Rick: Work In Progress

I lived for sports growing up. Even in college I was involved in sports, and always seemed to be training for some sport or another. After college I started working and forgot about participating in sports. I would look in the mirror and see the weight adding up, but I kept thinking that I was an athlete. Finally, it got to the point I could no longer say that. I was huge, there was no denying it.
I decided to change my life. I worked hard with Bryan and Gloria and became determined. In my own quest for better health I did a lot of research on the human body and how it works and how to achieve better health. As I started losing weight I thought I could help other people with their weight loss challenges. I completed my Personal Training Certification in May of 2008.
I have been there. I was not born with great physical genetics, I an not one of those trainers that have had a great body most of their life. I know the challenges, I face them everyday, I know that it is never easy., I am fighting my weight to this day, but I believe that with my personal training knowledge and life experiences of battling my weight, I can help anyone achieve their goals. I can and have helped people overcome the challenges of achieving a better body. (Check out Tim and Kristin's and Erica's testimonials)
