What Does SAID Mean?
Different sports use different muscles, and to increase
size and strength, you need to work those muscles!
You will not see professional baseball players doing the same work
out as a professional football player. Why? Each sport uses different
muscle groups in different ways, and for the athlete to reach their peek
performance they must work those muscles in that way.
All sports require greater strength and flexibility so training is greatly
important, but it is also important to teach those muscle groups to work
together.
