Dynamic Makeovers
The Sun Newspapers has teamed up with Dynamic Fitness Group to sponsor Dynamic Makeover contests, which feature citizens in the community working their way towards fitness goals.
Now in its third season, the contest follows the progress of participants over a 10-week period who are enrolled in Bryan McIntosh's Ultimate Body Sculpting Program.
