Body Sculpting

An innovative, muscular conditioning class that uses dumbbells and/or one’s own body weight for resistance.

Class format concentrates on unique, compound exercises that produce rapid results. Our most popular class! 45 minutes

Body Shaping

Let weight training rev-up your metabolism and help you lose inches!  Class focuses on toning all major muscles groups to help you slim and trim your physique.  Equipment used varies and may include: dumbbells, tubing, step (bench), Bosu or stability ball.  45 minutes

Fabulous Abs

Will effectively target your abs to help develop your upper, mid, lower and oblique muscles (love handles). This routine will strengthen and firm your abdominal muscles to aid in waist reduction and give your abs that “six pack” look. In addition to reducing your body fat, this class will help reshape your abdominal wall to give you a slimmer appearance in just a few weeks!

Muscle Fusion

Get pumped up for Dynamic’s own specialty sculpting class. Lunge, press, squat and row your way to a fitter self! Each participant will use barbells with adjustable weight plates and a step (bench) to increase their resistance load and push muscles to their limit.Class space is limited. Pre-registration required. 45 minutes

Pilates

An intense core conditioning class that will lengthen and strengthen the powerhouse. 30 minutes

Restore the Core

An essential class for anyone who wants to obtain a tighter, flatter stomach. Exercises incorporate all abdominal and lower back muscles. Class is excellent for mothers (of all ages) who are ready to lose their “baby-belly” once and for all!Participants must purchase their own equipment. Cost is $18 (one-time fee). Non-walking infants are permitted (and encouraged) to come to class. 50 minutes

Saturday Strength

Tone and define your body with this full body workout that changes things up. Don’t let your workout become routine, Saturday Strength will mix it up using different exercises, and combination lifts to hit more then one muscle group at a time. Great for all fitness levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Using equipment like dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, BOSU, and stability balls, this workout will be different and new each week.
