Sculpting/ Conditioning Classes

 

Body Sculpting
An innovative, muscular conditioning class that uses dumbbells and/or one’s own body weight for resistance.

Class format concentrates on unique, compound exercises that produce rapid results. Our most popular class! 45 minutes

Bootcamp Kickboxing

Uses 4 stations of calorie burning drills on heavy bags, jump ropes, step boxes, and body weight exercises to keep your heart pumping nonstop. The stations
Focus on legs, core, balance, and upper body. Fun and for all levels of fitness (Please bring boxing gloves if you have them) for 45 minutes

Cardio 300

Cardio 300 is a fun fast paced class that uses 3 stations of non stop heart pounding circuits of agility ladders, core movements, and heavy bags. Drills target legs, core, and upper body. (Please bring boxing gloves if you have them) for 45 minutes

Ironman Buildup

This is a fast-paced interval training class that will feature ladder and agility and strength band segments that increase in intensity to improve endurance and stamina.

Body Shaping
Let weight training rev-up your metabolism and help you lose inches!  Class focuses on toning all major muscles groups to help you slim and trim your physique.  Equipment used varies and may include: dumbbells, tubing, step (bench), Bosu or stability ball.  45 minutes

Fabulous Abs
Will effectively target your abs to help develop your upper, mid, lower and oblique muscles (love handles). This routine will strengthen and firm your abdominal muscles to aid in waist reduction and give your abs that “six pack” look. In addition to reducing your body fat, this class will help reshape your abdominal wall to give you a slimmer appearance in just a few weeks!

Muscle Fusion
Get pumped up for Dynamic’s own specialty sculpting class. Lunge, press, squat and row your way to a fitter self! Each participant will use barbells with adjustable weight plates and a step (bench) to increase their resistance load and push muscles to their limit.Class space is limited. Pre-registration required. 45 minutes.

  Pilates
An intense core conditioning class that will lengthen and strengthen the powerhouse. 30 minutes

Restore the Core
An essential class for anyone who wants to obtain a tighter, flatter stomach. Exercises incorporate all abdominal and lower back muscles. Class is excellent for mothers (of all ages) who are ready to lose their “baby-belly” once and for all!Participants must purchase their own equipment. Cost is $18 (one-time fee). Non-walking infants are permitted (and encouraged) to come to class. 50 minutes

Saturday Strength
Tone and define your body with this full body workout that changes things up. Don’t let your workout become routine, Saturday Strength will mix it up using different exercises, and combination lifts to hit more then one muscle group at a time. Great for all fitness levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Using equipment like dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, BOSU, and stability balls, this workout will be different and new each week.

Weather Policy

Morning classes are canceled when the Strongsville Schools are closed. Evening classes are canceled when Strongsville schools' evening activities are canceled.
