Class will focus on staying safe and how to escape from dangerous situations. Instructor will demonstrate basic techniques such as punches, kicks and blocks.Students will also learn self defense tactics that can be used in a variety of scenarios.

Regularly covered topics include chokes, bear hugs, grabs, hair pulling, head locks and weapons. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Bag gloves recommended.
