Cardio Kickboxing

Power Kickboxing

A high intensity cardio workout using martial-arts, plyometric, and pilates techniques to target legs, arms, and the core.

Emphasis is placed on using full-power in short bursts to increase muscle definition and strength.

The class will be in a rotational format and will focus on partner and group interaction that will foster mutual support and teamwork.

Hand gloves are highly recommended, as the class will use bags, pads, and other various equipment.

Weather Policy

Morning classes are canceled when the Strongsville Schools are closed. Evening classes are canceled when Strongsville schools' evening activities are canceled.
