Cardio Classes
"3 Minute Drill"
A unique class that combines kickboxing, weights,
and cardio agility. It is a high intensity class perfect for everyone from
the out of shape to the extremely fit.
Each person will challenge themselves
at their own rate, making this class an excellent choice for all fitness
levels.
Challenge yourself with a combination of cardio and weights, that is
based on scientific principles that will produce results. Bring your
kickboxing gloves, towel, water bottle and a desire to push yourself for
three minutes.
Booty Camp
This is an all-lower body conditioning class that will shape and
define your entire lower half, especially the "booty". This class consists
of a variety of lunges, squats, plyometrics, and isolation exercises along
with some aspects of cardio. We will be utilizing dumbbells, bands, stability balls,
and steps. It¹s non-stop! Your heart rate will be up, your
lower body will be on fire, and you will be torching calories!
Cardio Agility
This high intensity class was designed using popular footwork techniques used by
high schools, colleges and professional athletes. Quick movements, plyometric and
ladder drills, miniature hurdles, agility rings, and Step exercises will blast away
calories while having fun! Indoor shoes required for class. 45 minutes
Cardio Hip-Hop
Based on the dance techniques that you see on television and in music videos, you can
get a great workout while expressing your own style. Hip-Hop provides an opportunity
to utilize muscles you didn’t know you had, tone your body, get an excellent cardio
workout, improve your confidence have fun! No prior dance training required.

Cardio Kickboxing
Kick, punch and crunch away the extra pounds through this high-energy workout!
Slash away calories (and stress) with martial arts-inspired moves that will blast away
fat and tone your entire body. Bags may be utilized for increased intensity.
Bag gloves recommended. 45 minutes
Cardio Surprise
Let’s get moving and torch calories! Anything goes in this fast-paced class.
Format changes weekly and may include any of the following types of cardiovascular exercise:
kickboxing (with or without the use of bags), step aerobics, floor aerobics, drills and/or
circuit training. Indoor shoes and gloves recommended for some classes. 45 minutes
Crazy 8's
This class offers cardio and sculpting all-in-one. We will do alternating segments of
resistance training, hitting all muscle groups, and short bursts of cardio. All sculpting
exercises will be done in sets of "8". You will find this a challenging change
for your weight lifting routine. Great for beginning through advanced exercisers.
Dirty 30
This high-intensity cardiovascular class is 30 exercises performed for 1 minute each.
A 30 second break between each exercise allows for heart-rate recovery. Plyometrics, body
weight exercises, calisthentics, and stationary drills compromise the majority of the
exercises.
Hip-Hop ZUMBA!
Hip-Hop Zumba combines high-energy and motivating music with dance combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries. Hip-Hop Zumba is Dynamic Fitness Group’s new fusion between the popular songs you hear on the radio and the international craze for Zumba—a combination that creates an energetic and effective fitness workout! The routines feature Hip-Hop dance as well as aerobic movements with quick rhythms that help tone and sculpt the body. Based on the idea that a workout should be fun and easy to do, Hip-Hop Zumba is great for both the body and the mind.

from the inside out, which we all know works to achieve any desired fitness goals.
