Bryan McIntosh, Owner and Founder
When Bryan opened Dynamic Fitness Group in November of 2003, it was the realization of a long-held dream to open the minds, hearts and eyes to a world of health and fitness. Says Bryan, "My goals are to provide each and every person the means to achieve a strong mind and solid body through fitness training, health education, and learned mental discipline. Men, women, children and senior citizens alike all have the potential to reach their best - it is my job to provide the means and methods to ensure this potential is achieved."

Rick
Rick is not the typical personal trainer. An athlete all his life, he has been involved with sports from a young age through college. After college he focused on his job and not his health and put on a lot of weight. Not liking who he became, he made the decision to change his life for the better, and in doing so decided he wanted to help other people do the same. He knows the challenges of being over weight, he understands the embarrassment of starting a weight loss program, he understands the fear, he understands it all because he has been there. Rick believes he has an edge of the typical trainer for the mere fact that he has and will always be going through the struggle of fighting his weight. He has proven with several clients that he can help shape their body even when that client is only looking to tone up up or lose a few pounds. (Check out Tim and Kristin's and Erica's testimonials).

Several years and two sons later, Mindy is proud to bring Restore the Core and Mommymuscle® Sculpt to Dynamic Fitness. Mindy's goal is to provide a lifetime of health and fitness to kids and moms of all ages. Your post-baby body can be BETTER than what you ever had pre-chidren! NICK
I began eating healthier and exercising religiously. When I returned to school my sophmore year I was lean and muscular. People were coming up to me in total shock! I looked like a completely different person. I felt so much better physically and mentally due to all of the positive feedback I was getting from everyone. I felt reborn! Ever since then, I have been passionate about helping others achieve that very same feeling by reaching their goals and changing thier lives. I wasn't blesssed with great physical genetics, so even today I have to fight to stay in shape. I've been there. I know how it feels to be out of shape. But most imprtantly I know how to fix it!
